About Crag Hall

This impressive country house sits above the picturesque village of Wildboarclough, with breath-taking views of the Peak District National Park.

Built in 1815 and furnished in a traditional country house style, Crag Hall is the private country home of The Earl and Countess of Derby. Until recently this Crag Hall was used by only close friends and family but now has become available as by exclusive appointment.

The 11 bedroom property sleeps up to 20 guests. It is ideally suited to extended groups of friends and family coming together. For those really wanting to mark an occasion, there is the option of having a Chef cook for the group throughout your stay or for a special evening of fine dining.

Set within beautiful garden of up to 5 acres, the Hall overlooks the magnificent Shuttlingslow (traditional spelling) Hill and surrounding farmland.
